CASE Construction Equipment is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction equipment. Founded in the USA in 1842, CASE has been at the forefront of the industry for over 175 years. Today, CASE is manufactured and sold worldwide. It provides a variety of construction equipment, with uses in road construction, commercial construction, residential construction, quarries and more.
Despite CASE’s history and global presence, it was still a relatively new brand in the Thai market when they approached Neat Interactive in 2017. The challenge was to create a digital marketing strategy for a very niche B2B business that could evolve from branding and awareness into a viable funnel to generate leads and ultimately sales.

Approach

We began by immersing ourselves completely in CASE Construction Equipment, learning about the company’s storied past, growth throughout the decades, manufacturing, products, product uses, target audiences and sales process. Having a full understanding of the company enabled us to better understand and plan for positioning the brand in the Thai market. Our plan was based on improving and assisting the client at each stage of the sales funnel. To increase brand awareness and inquiries from digital marketing and produce qualified leads we did the following

In 2019 alone, reached the KPI of new leads from online sources by the late summer, surpassing the KPI by 27% over the course of the year.
