Objective
As Thailand's premier lifestyle shopping mall brand, Central owns shopping malls throughout the country, with some of the newest and most lavish malls in key tourist destinations like Phuket, Koh Samui, Pattaya and Chiang Mai. We have been assisting Central with their goal of increasing brand awareness among tourists.
Solution
Given that Thailand welcomes tourists from all over the world, we set about developing and implementing a multilingual social media strategy.
Results
As we have refined the marketing strategy throughout the years, we have consistently seen growth in international followers from key markets, y-o-y growth in awareness and engagement, and increased brand recall.
