Objective

Increase sales conversion of Hong Kong lifestyle products on its online e-commerce site and create brand exposure to appeal to its target audience in the Thai market.

Solution

Using all aspects of digital solutions in combination with PR marketing to generate a high volume of brand awareness. As well as creating different ad variations with captivated call-to-action, specifically targeted to the right group of audiences to increase potential sales.

Our Role

We conceptualized the theme of the campaign, designed all key visuals, contacted both press and influencers, brief them and monitored their performance. We also launched carousel ads by defining and tailoring taget audiences for each group of product categories as well as monitoring sale conversion throughout the campaign period. 

Results

During our campaign launched, the visitors have increased by 20 times due to the advertising and campaign that were targeted to the right interest of customers as well as exposing the brand to larger target group across different markets. The sale figures increased by 221% higher than a previous month before launching the campaign and the number of orders has also been rising by 5.13%.
